The Mystery of Calculating Colour
Intuition and Instinct are probably the most sacred parts of creating. Maybe one moment speaks to us in a different way than another one feels. Maybe one colour talks to us in a different way than another one sees. But is the appearance of the colour all there is to this chromatic universe? Of course not!
Colours have an abundant wealth of appeal as well as a distinct nature of seamless flow, to never begin and end (virtually). A certain intangible quality sets the symphony of colours aside in our eyes, to experience in this world, the inexplicable or simply memorable.
The inherent operative ability of colour allows it to be, what we want it to be, when we come across it. Travelling even beyond the inception of the creator’s mind, colour traverses the ideas of boundaries and dynamism with versatility being its catalyst.
The ability of colour to hold and immerse, is unmatched as it pretty much constructs the universe we perceive. In wonder, awe, variety and certainty, colour sees infinite possibility; actively pursuing the headspace of the viewer, it places utmost value in the one whose vision it sits in.
There is thus, always the mystery of calculating, proportioning as well as assessing colour (which can possibly never strike an objective balance to last). But, always poses a lasting impression in the eyes of the beholder. Influencing and impacting thereby, revealing the hidden or even hiding the revealed.
